Afya Care is a person-centred care provider offering supported living, homecare and live-in care. We support people with a mental-health condition or learning disability, and older people, to live more independent and fulfilling lives.
We operate from Aztec West in Bristol (2440 The Quadrant, BS32 4AQ), supporting people across Bristol and the surrounding region. Everything we do is shaped around the individual — their needs, their wishes and their goals.
