Live-in Care

A dedicated carer, living with you at home

Live-in care from Afya Care means a dedicated carer lives with you in your own home, so you can stay in familiar surroundings — a flexible alternative to residential care, across three service levels.

Three service levels

Care that matches exactly what you need

Our carers offer three levels of service, so support can grow and adapt as your needs change.

Companionship & housekeeping

Friendly company and help around the home — keeping daily life running smoothly and sociable.

Personal care

Discreet, respectful support with washing, dressing and daily routines.

Specialised personal care

More intensive support tailored to complex or changing needs.

When live-in care helps

A flexible alternative to residential care

A live-in carer lives with you in your own home, allowing you to remain in familiar surroundings with reassurance day and night. It's a flexible alternative to residential care that offers real control and independence.

  • Support for those who need help throughout the day and reassurance at night
  • Short-term residential-style care so family members can have respite
  • Breathing space when assessing care-home options or supporting discharge from hospital
  • Covering a permanent carer's holiday
